Following the introduction of the new marchwoodyc.org.uk website: For existing members - You have been sent a 'Welcome' email with your login credentials for the marchwoodyc.org.uk website. Hopefully you will have already logged in there and changed your password. Those credentials will not work here, in the MYCXtra site. Your login User name and password here (within MYCXtra) have not changed - continue to use the same username and password as before. If you have forgotten your password, click on 'Forgot Password' and follow the instructions. (** you will need access to the email the system holds for you. If you don't have this, follow instructions below for changing your email). If you have forgotten your username, select 'Contact' on the left menu and send a message to 'Website Login and Password queries'. If you are new to Marchwood YC, you will have been sent a 'Welcome' email with your logon credentials for the main Marchwoodyc.org.uk website. Hopefully you will have already logged in there and changed your password. Those credentials will not work here, in the MYCXtra site. To login to MYCXtra you will first need to register and obtain a username and password by clicking on 'Register Here' at the top left. (you may need to wait a few days after the initial Welcome email.) You will need to login to MYCXtra for boat related functions such as booking a lift out or booking a winter yard storage space. The login email and password for Marchwoodyc.org.uk is entirely separate from the login username and password for MYCXtra. Changing the password in one site does not change it in the other. If you want to make your life easier it is up to you to change the password in both sites. Changing your email: You should login to the marchwoodyc.org.uk website, using your 'old' email address. Go to My Account - My Profile and update your email address there, AND go to My Account-Update Login Details and update your login email as well. If you don't do the second step your 'old' email will continue to be your login email for marchwoodyc.org.uk. Within a few days (this is a manual process) the new email will be transferred from marchwoodyc.org.uk to MYCXtra. If, as part of this process, you are trying to reset your MYCXtra password (as above), you will then be able to do this using your new email. |
