Help transporting 13ft dinghy from Falmouth to Suffolk

Hi

We have some liveaboard friends who are relocating from Falmouth to Ipswich next year and they need to get their tender (called Koas) which is 13ft long, width 6ft and about 400kg from Falmouth to Woolverstone Marina on the Orwell. (I'm sure Marc and Anne are known to a few MYC members and I think they plan to call in at MYC on route next April).

So if anyone has any contacts in the transport business etc who could offer a part load or would have a vehicle returning empty fom Falmouth and could offer to bring the dinghy even part of the way (to Southampton or London area would help) at a cheap rate any help would be much appreciated.

They are reluctant to tow the dinghy all that way, as it would mean they could only sail in calm weather, and given last years weather it may then take them a long time to do the trip!
