Yamaha 4hp four stroke outboard

Yamaha outboard for sale. A friend of mine bought it together with rib, but he also bought 10hp outboard before, so selling the smaller one.
Make: Yamaha
Model: F4AMH (standard stroke)
Year: 1998-1999
Fuel: Petrol, either in the integral tank or there is a connection for an external tank
Description:
"There are a few minor scuffs, but otherwise it’s immaculate for a 12-13 year old engine. If I didn’t know the age I would guess 3-5 years old by condition. It’s only been used in fresh water (bought it from Hemel Hemstead and before that it came from Tewkesbury – not much salt there)."
The price is £300.
